With a lifetime of hands-on experience working with children, I bring both knowledge and heart to the families I support. I understand the joys and challenges of welcoming a newborn baby, and my goal is to provide the compassionate, professional support that new parents deserve.
My passion for supporting mothers, children, and families has always been at the core of who I am. It grew even stronger while working as an admin at an OB/GYN office in San Francisco. From the moment I stepped into that role, I knew this work was my calling. Seeing firsthand the profound impact of quality care and guidance during pregnancy and postpartum inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting growing families.
On the path to where I am today, I gained invaluable experience as an Early Childhood Educator working in a child development center. What started as a part-time role quickly became a full-time position when the director recognized my potential. Over the next two decades, I had the privilege of nurturing and teaching children from infancy through first grade. That journey eventually led me to postpartum doula work, where I now blend my wisdom, experience and love as a postpartum doula to help parents to navigate the early days of parenthood with confidence.
My education background includes a B.A. in Family Studies, Consumer Science with an emphasis in Nutrition, certifications in Early Childhood Education, Postpartum Doula training, and as a Baby Signs® instructor.
Originally from San Francisco, I later spent over a decade in sunny San Diego before making my way to the East Coast, where I now call Northern Virginia my home. Outside of work, I find joy in life's simple pleasures- spending time outdoors, cooking, baking, unwinding with a good movie or TV show. I'm also a big sports fan and love cheering on my favorite football, basketball, and baseball teams. But above all, my heart is happiest when I'm spending quality time with my loved ones.

After giving birth to a baby and bringing them home, having an exceptional support system is one of the most important and unfortunately overlooked pieces of the puzzle. I never want anyone to feel like they're failing as parents. Parenting can be hard and the transition into it doesn't have to be so difficult. That's where I come in! Parents don't have to do it alone!
